Registration details

Early Bird Delegate Registration: $640 inc VAT
(for registrations received on or before 17 December 2010)

Late Delegate Registration: $700 inc VAT
(for registrations received after 17 December 2010)

Student Registration¹: $275 inc VAT

¹Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status.

The registration fee includes:

• Abstracts available on CD at the conference
• Conference Materials
• Mid session refreshment breaks
• Lunch
• Drinks Reception

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the online registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat.

Cancellation terms and conditions
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Thursday 25 November 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Thursday 9 December 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Thursday 9 December 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
